We had exceptional service! First we thought we were going to have to replace the carpet but then had an estimate done and the owner came by and stated he thought they could get the carpets mean. It had been a rental for 10 years, with dogs and kids! He did it! We were so impressed! They were quick and efficient and we didn’t have to wait weeks! Thanks so much!!!!

These people are great. They do a fantastic job. Very professional and thorough. We have them out every year for a deep clean in our auditorium, lobby and balcony. They leave us looking and feeling clean and sparkly!

Matt came and cleaned our carpets today, totally professional. What an amazing difference Clean and Dry's process made for us. He was worried about a couple of spots but after he was done you can hardly tell. We are very pleased and recommend Clean and Dry!

They were able to accommodate a short notice (two days) cleaning of a large house. This job took over 5 hours start to finish. I've used multiple other carpet cleaners and Clean 'n Dry absolutely got the carpets the cleanest. The price was fair, but slightly more than others I have used. However, the modest price increase is worth the high level of service and knowing your carpets will actually be clean. Highly recommended.

I called Clean 'n Dry and was greeted with a cheerful spunky voice, it was Katie. She was quick to fit me into their schedule. A few days later, Matt and Toby showed up right on time with uplifting awesome attitudes. They both introduced themselves and quickly got to work, measuring and setting up, putting the shoe covers on every time they entered and exited the house. Matt went over the bill (before starting, as well as after) explaining the pricing and perks (10% off my next cleaning). The carpeted stairs and rooms were dry within hours, they look amazing and there was no odor left behind. I was so impressed by the overall experience, I will be a repeat customer and highly recommend them!

My husband and I are guardians of his 80 year old grandma, who lives alone in her home. However, we live over 6 hours away. When her caregiver recommended having her carpets cleaned the anxiety of finding quality work from people we could trust in our grandmother's home with out us being present was an overwhelming task. Luckily the caregiver gave us Clean n' Dry's number. After stalking them on google like any millennial would, the reviews were promising. We decided to put our faith into Clean n Dry. Thank heavens we did. Full disclosure we are only working with pictures provided by our caregiver at the moment but there is still a night and day difference in the cleanliness of the carpets. The day of cleaning, the movers were kind and courteous to our grandma. Believe me, we love her, but that is a chore in its own. She can be slightly particular. They worked with her seamlessly and gave us a detail account of what all was done while they were in her home. We honestly couldn't be more happier with the above and beyond service Clean n Dry and it's employees provided for us. We will be using them in the future and highly recommend them. Oh and the million dollar question was it affordable? The answer is a big fat YES, I couldn't believe how affordable it was. You truly can't go wrong with booking this amazing company.

I had the best experience with Clean 'n Dry. Matt was on time, explained everything that was going to be done (I had already read reviews and watched video on the process.)He was happy while doing the work with a very positive attitude. He was done in the time that he said it would be. The carpets looked and smelled amazing. Everyone that saw it said that it looked brand new. He moved the furniture in the living room. I was very impressed. I was having the carpets cleaned at a house my daughter was moving into. I really wish they had a business in the Seattle area. This is a must have service at least annually if you have pets! They are so great, from the office staff to the on-site professionals, and they excel at stain removal. The "black light" process which highlights the stains you thought you had out, for a special pretreatment makes all the difference.

Clean 'n Dry provided such awesome experience a couple years ago (both with technical skills and communication) that I used them again this week. Although I haven't seen the results this time around (this is for a rental property), I have complete faith the work was done to the same high standards as last time. They were also able to accommodate a time-sensitive request. Two thumbs up.

Clean and Dry has been my reliable cleaner since the inception of the local company. Matt cleaned a carpet after a tenant left a house and it was so bad I thought it would have to be replaced. That was several years ago and the carpet is still good to go. Work is done with a cheerful spirit, thoroughness is standard, and the hardest jobs are done.
